our return policy

your satisfaction is guaranteed. if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within ten (10) days of receipt and we will work with you to solve any problem. unfortunately, made upon order items are not returnable.

refunds

we will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. shipping and handling charges are not refundable. you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within ten (10) business days of our receiving your return. unfortunately, made upon order items are not returnable.

packing, insuring and shipping your return

in order to receive your refund, we ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing material and container, and that you ship return via ups. returns must be insured for their full value with ups. return shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. unfortunately, made upon order items are not returnable.

artwork damaged in transit

if your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find the artwork damaged, call us immediately at (401) 845.9087 so we can have it picked up. please do not discard any of the packing material. when we contact you, we will discuss a replacement, refund or credit- your choice. a replacement will be shipped out to you at no charge after pick up of damaged item. replacements are not available on a one-of-a-kind artwork. unfortunately, made upon order items are not returnable.
